Capsules focuses around emerging technologies and partnerships to address and improve a myriad of complex problems and disparate product offerings.
My Contributions
Collaborating with executive stakeholders and engineering teams across the enterprise, I developed a core framework and proof-of-concept, “Capsules,” that orchestrates customer data and artificial intelligence end-to-end, generating future customer experiences across products and services.
Sean led design workshops and defined strategic priorities related to emerging technologies, artificial intelligence [AI] and machine learning use cases.
User Flows
Own product strategy and technical direction for design and engineering teams; define product vision, core features and product roadmap with stakeholders. Ideate and own visual design system around virtual environments, features and a suite of extended reality applications.
Utilize existing brand artifacts to produce original video and interactive content for unique user experiences across iOS, Android, AR/VR, and native desktop.
